    Hi Travis Looked at your pics and it looks like you rebuilt your powerstroke yourself is that right? How hard was it to do in the way of getting parts. I have a good mate here in Australia with a machine shop. Are there any major thing to be aware of so you don't stuff it up

    i have been gather parts to do the MAF conversion for a couple weeks now.
    but i posted the wrong cam the one i want is the same specs and all but roller cam
    and i have been thinkin about super charging or turbocharging the truck but if i can make about 350 rwhp i dont see the need to
    and there is no low end work besides it being bored out. it might have slightly higher compression than it did at stock but i dont know for sure. i had some one else deal with the guy who rebuilt and bored out my engine and rebuilt my heads.

    yeah i have been thinkin i should advance the timing a little bit. but yeah the stock heads are killin me. im lookin at getting these from summit Racing Head Service 35016 - RHS Pro Action Small Block Ford Cylinder Heads - Overview -

    I dont have my heads ported or anything but the system is fully rollerized, but i have the 70mm tb to and i think im only makin 200. i wanna make alot more but i gotta save some money for a new cam and heads

    hey what are you runnin on your 5.0 motor. it looks very similar to mine except im running a mustang HO intake on top. what kind of power are you makin with your set up?

    Welcome to the Tx chapter. We have a great bunch of guys here, and are all about getting to know one another. Stop in and post any questions you may have. Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum. We have a Tx chapter members map that you can add yourself to. We also have a photobucket for the chapter. There is a thread for that at the top of the forum as well. If you add your pics to it then Robert will put them on the photobucket. Also if you can add your name to your sig. I find it eaiser to get to know everyone by name than by handle. Here is a thread for you to introduce yourself on. again welcome to the chapter, and dont be afraid to jump in on the bs thread or anything else you see.

    was wondering how hard the diy injector kits are and how long it took you to do yours and did you machine your intensifier piston, did you buy there pistons or did you have a machine shop machine them for you.

    Have any suggestions as far as a rebuild kit for the 7.3? Any specific company you would recomend.
