    The paint is call Laser Red; from 95-02 Ford cars. Paint product was ValuePro 5015 HL; Its bascially Burgandy with a gold metallic look in the sun.

    Yeah; my step father work in the oil business in Beaumont; so we moved there not knowing the area. Its funny the locals are racist and work mostly away from 'Vidor, for manager's of different race's and come home as if nothing happen.
    As a kid there it wasn't that bad.

    Ol' Vidor... I knew a cute girl from Vidor once. That place still has a bad rap from certain events that happened there.

    I bought the ididit column cable linkage today from Summit. I'll let you know if it works or not with my setup when I get it installed.

    I see your in Houston; I lived/ grad H.S. in Vidor Texas outside Beaumont back in the late 70's as a kid. Join the Army in Houston and havn't been really back since 1981. I'm old lol

    Currently has a stock 223 & 3spd, wouldn't mind throwing a V-8 in some day with auto trans ; did go look at a 60's F 100 with a 292, truck rough but engine good. Though about buying just for parts and mainly engine.
    But decided not too!
