    Hey, Ken!

Yeah, trucks over a certain GVWR (I think over 8500 lb.) didn't come with a cat nor the EVAP stuff.

My own truck is in my brother's back yard and I can't easily go take pictures so I'll just talk... it's as basic as can be, each tank has only one fuel line that ultimately terminates at the pump on the side of the engine via the tank switching valve. The tanks have what are known in this forum as a rollover valve (or vent) at the very top and each valve/vent has a rubber hose that gets clipped onto the frame or a crossmember in the general area, but nothing more advanced than that + I'm guessing vented filler caps (truck was originally spec'd to use Regular gasoline, not unleaded, if it matters).

Anyhow, let me know if this helps or not, OK? Thanks!

I am not sure, I would look and see if the wiring is there first.
I am thinking about swapping a 3 bulbs to LEDs to lower current draw. If I leave the door open all night I am afraid my battery might be dead in the morning.

Jim, I noticed in the "Kick Panel Vent" thread, you had new under-dash courtesy lights.
    Are these available aftermarket? Thanks.

Yeah, my wife would probably like new seals on the doors & windows, but I don't want to do that now since I'm replacing the doors to get away from the slide locks. However, the seals aren't really bad - not like those on the '82 I had. From the poll I took it is obvious that Ford's vendor(s) changed the product in '82 and part of '83 before changing again to something that lasts.
