I am near certain I don't have a bi fuel wiring harness. I simply have the original Ford CNG dedicated harness. And as I understand it, I would be able to continue using that harness when I try the gasoline swap. Sorry about that. Have you tried scouring junkyards?
There are TONS of Ford van carcasses in a junkyard in MA not terribly far from where I am. I am almost certain I spotted some bi fuels there - but not 100% as it was a year ago I was there. I can give you their number to call if you would like to check with them.

I am going to convert my Ford factory CNG to factory gasoline and have read everything I could (mostly your posts here and elsewhere). Did you have luck selling CNG parts? Could you give me a quick rundown of what I should be sure not to bugger while disassembling (whats worth good $$)? Also, have you started your conversion? any updates? thanks a lot for all your research/reporting! my donor truck is on site and ready to be cannibalized, I am thinking I should remove the CNG stuff first, then transfer parts from the donor one at a time (when practical) so its fresh in my mind where it came from and how...

I am not sure you can help but thought by all your CNG posts that I would give it a shot. I am in need of a wiring harness for a bifuel vehicle (2001 F150). I'm not sure if any of the parts you are taking off are compatible since yours is (was?) strictly a CNG vehicle and mine is bifuel. The harnesses I need plug into the back of the TELEFLEX GFI Black box on the engine. I can send you a picture if need be. I've been searching for almost a year! These harnesses were made by a vendor and replacements are non existent. Mine has exposed wires on it and when they touch truck shuts off even if running on gasoline. It's not fun. I have high quality self adhering electrical tape on it now but the harnesses need replacement. Anyway. Let me know.
