Hey Earl, if that Ford F1 Transmission is in good shape I would be interested in hearing how much you want for it. [email protected]

I tried replying to the private message you sent, but I got an error message saying you can't or won't receive pm's.

Thanks Earl, I appreciate you remembering. I did find one on ebay a while back, but it has two big 1/2" holes, one on each end, I'm going to have to try welding up. The biggest problem with that is, I'm not a very good welder. lol. If you happen to come across a good one, I'd be for sure interested in at least knowing about it.

I guess I should have replaced the cab mounts but I chose to just cut them off. I shaped a piece of 1/8 plate to fill that irregular shaped indent in the new floor boards and then welded the remaining up right cab mount o that. The new floor boards turned out great I think. They sure were expensive though.

When you put the new floor pans in, did you have to deal with the front cab mounts? was it a pain to get it done, and are you happy with the end results of the floor?
I am thinkin about gettin new ones for mine. they are not horrible but there are a few holes(very small ones) here and there. I have done some floor pans but they were on a 78 Bronco. just curious! Thanks! Jeff
