    Yep, mechanical belt drive but not off the serp belt. I replaced the power steering pulley with one that has a v-belt groove in front of the regular serp grooves, and the v belt drives the York. Mounted on a homemade bracket, and my truck didn't have a smog pump but it does have a dummy pulley where the smog pump would be on the older models. I'll throw some pics up in the "Homemade bumpers, headache racks..." thread there when I get a chance.

    Saw your Sig. . that York comp is mechanical of the serp belt, correct? I'm curious at how you mounted it, what belt, and if you're still running the smog pump
