(the original owner said he removed this engine from a 1965 Police Interceptor car - I have not verified by looking under the valve covers or under the oil pan that the engine is a: 390 PI (Police Interceptor) motor - from all info I have stated above, about this engine, it is most likely a 1965 390 PI).

All Lights "work as they are supposed to (headlights, tail lights, bright headlights, turn signals, brake lights, Dash Lights and Interior Light).

I have not purchased valve cover gaskets yet so that I can pull a valve cover and check that - I DID buy a oil pan gasket but to remove it i also have to remove the dip stick piece going into the side of the pan and it is bolted to a head/exhaust bolt so I have decided not to do it, at least for a while anyway.
I have decided to slow down on tinkering on the truck. It is in really good condition right now.
*No is the answer to that question
Thank You

From all records that have been kept on these engines it is very unlikely that a 1965 PI car received a Hydraulic Lifter 390 FE (?)
Another member let me know the mfg date of these heads and I already have the mfg date of the Engine Block (below)
Heads: 4 H 18 - Made August 18, 1964 - C4AE 6090G
Oil Filter Deck: 5D13, which is the Engine Block build date of April 13, 1965
