Hearts symbolize- courage, honesty and integrity which is symbolic of American Patriot Core Values.
Since its inception, Heartmasters has been governed by these core values. They shape the culture and define the character of our members. They guide how we behave and make decisions and live our daily lifes. Heartmaster members are ordained into the Club by member vote not virtue. Each member is expected to conduct themselves in a manor that reflects American core patriotic values. Only those that respect and live by these core values will be considered for membership. Members that are in violation of the the Core Values will be disbarred by member vote. Club creation date-07/02/2012

WE WILL NOT HAVE five voting officers for the Club; President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Sergeant-at-Arms. These officers make up the executing committee. The Rep Captain shall serve on the Executive Committee as a non voting member, except while serving as an alternate.
*NO MemberS may run for office. THERE IS NO OFFICE. Nominations are not required to run for any principal office. Any Active Member may NOT become a candidate by simply stating their intention to do so. NO Elections of principal officers shall be held in July of ANY year. In order to allow for an orderly transition of administrations, the newly elected slate shall NOT EVER EXIST NOR assume office following the NOT GONNA HAVE election in August. All principal officers shall be elected by a plurality vote BUT NO VOTE EXISTS. NO memberS may not hold ANY office at aNY time.
Term of Office DO NOT EXIST SINCE THERE WILL BE NO OFFICES: NO principal officers shall be elected for a term of ANY year.
NO Special ElectionS WILL EXIST: In the event that the NON-EXISTENT elected officer is no longer able to perform their duties, NO special election for that position shall EVER HAPPEN NOR be held to fill that position at the next monthly NON-EXISTENT PM roll call.
Impeachment: A writ of impeachment against any officer may NOT EVER be submitted by any active member-SINCE WE WILL HAVE NO OFFICERS. This writ WAS FOR HUMOR ONLY AND NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY must be Authorized by at least 7 Active Members of the Club and must NOT list ANY charges as the basis for the writ WILL NEVER EXIST SINCE WE HAVE NO OFFICERS. All Active Members in the chapter WIL NEVER be informed of the writ prior to any impeachment vote SINCE WE WILL NOT HAVE IMPEACHMENT VOTES. SINCE NO WRIT WILL OCCUR the NON-EXISTING officer in question an WILL NOT NEED A opportunity to prepare a statement SINCE WE WILL NOT HAVE THIS concerning the charges against them, SINCE THERE ARE NO OFFICERS a special PM session will NOT be scheduled for action SINCE NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN on the writ no less than three, no more than seven, days following the submission of the writ ALL WRITS WILL BE DELETED AS THOUGH THEY NEVER HAPPEND. SINCE THERE WILL BE NO WRITS THIS SECTION WILL NEVER APPLY---prospects are prohibited from attending this PM sessions, unless required to give testimony to support the DELETED writ (NO FORMAL CLUB OFFICERS NO WRITS) or to support the officer ***(THERE ARE NO OFFICERS)*** in question as a witness WILL NOT BE NEEDED. Actual impeachment requires a 2/3 majority vote of all Active Heartmaster Members. ***HOWEVER WITH NO OFFICERS WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY IMPEACHMENTS*** Any disciplinary negative rep action ***WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY THE SITE ADMINS SO IT WILL NOT OCCUR ***, besides the FACT THAT THERE ARE NO OFFICER THERE WILL BE NO impeachment AND IT will be NOT decided EVER upon by the remaining core officers ***SINCE THERE WILL BE NO OFFICERS*** within 7 days of the THERE IS NO impeachment vote. NOR EVER WILL THERE BE. OFFICERS ARE NOT A PORTION OF THIS GROUP.
