So it looks like for the first part of the month, it is going to be colder than normal and you guessed it.....more rain!!  It is going to be interesting to see how the NASCAR race at Watkins Glen is this year.  Some people with no brains what so ever decided to move the race from mid August to Mother's Day weekend.  The forecast is looking to be rainy and temps around 50* :-banghead <br />
