-What are the pros/cons of removing the stock lift blocks from the rear? Does this impact payload capacity or towing capability in any way? I'd like to get the truck as low as possible without compromising payload or gooseneck towing prowess.

-If I replace the front axle extensions with smaller (1.5" or so) hub-centric wheel adapters (which are rated for the load capacity), are there any drawbacks? (Yes, I understand that the front track will be narrower). FYI, the reason I'm not considering super-single sizing (10x170) on the front, is because I'm not aware of ANY dual-drilled 20" wheels; and I really want my spare to be multi-functional.

-I am not a fan of 19.5". I really need a 20" option with universal fit (front/rear-outside/rear-inside); especially since I will still only have 1 spare. Can you recommend me a wheel that fits this bill--and looks decent? (yes, i realize that stamped, primer-painted wheels will always exist).

Hey guys,I’m looking for some honest advice. I have a 2017 F-250 4WD 6.7 diesel with 270k miles. A couple weeks ago I installed a full BDS 4" suspension lift (coils, radius arms, track bar bracket, full leaf springs, fox 2.0s, etc.). It cost me over $4k for the kit + install. The truck rides noticeably better than before, but I absolutely hate how tall it sits now. Hard to get in and out with my age. I want to go back to stock height or maybe 1–1.5" at the most, but with a better ride than the old worn-out stock setup.
A few details:
This is my first f250, coming from rams. The truck always seemed to sit higher than a stock. Everyone i talked to said it had to be lifted but couldn't tell me how much. I assumed a 2-3 inch.
I assumed a 4 inch would be manageable and would include enough pieces to be a full kit if the previous lift was "rigged."I went with the BDS replacement rear leaf springs instead of just blocks. It came with new Fox 2.0 shocks. The original stock suspension rode pretty rough (probably due to age and mileage).
the truck sits at 50 inches from the ground to the bottom of front fender. A huge difference, indicating i was not lifted as much as i thought.
Original coils are 19.5ish in length.
My questions:What’s the realistic chance of selling a lightly used BDS 4" kit (less than 300 miles) on these trucks? How much do you think I could get back?
What’s the best budget-friendly way to get back to stock or near-stock height with a noticeably better ride?
Should I:Sell the whole BDS kit and start fresh?Keep the Fox 2.0 shocks and just change the coils?Go with something like Carli or ICON 2–2.5" coils? Assuming i can recoup some money. Any recommendations for good-riding coils and shocks that won’t break the bank?I’m trying to be smart with money after already dropping so kuch on the lift. Any input from guys who have gone up and back down (or just run mild lifts on high-mileage Super Dutys) would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

So this is a first for me so looking to see if someone has a trick to help me. The pump is a brand new rebuilt unit from Advance Auto. The Pulley when installing was not going on square so I went to remove it just like I did on the old pump. Got the pulley off and starting removing the tool but the removel pin in the shaft is stuck. I tried lubing with PB blaster and used every hammer, vise grips and anything else I could think of to remove it and nothing. Thought about tring to return it with the pin stuck in, but I'm sure they going to deny that.

I have a 1979 N700 dump truck, gas. The brake pedal will not return to the top position as quickly as it should. The brakes are effective when applied but then the pedal just slowly returns back up.
What should I look at to get this fixed? Take the master cylinder off and rebuild? A vacuum issue?
The truck is not used often, sitting most of the time. This problem started last year after sitting a few months.
Don't have any idea how many owners it has had over the years. The Heil ram broke and I was able to find a used one to replace it so the dump box works.
I do like the fiberglass hood that tips forward for better access to the engine compartment.
I would appreciate any help with this old truck that can be offered.
Thanks.
