Today I noticed that the hinges on my passenger door are super sloppy and the door is sagging. Has anyone replaced the hinges or know if the 1948 Ford truck hinges will work on the 1947?

hi,again! my 47 1/2 ton has been running for 5000 mi. like this since i rebuilt the 1951 v8 flatty, it strarts off with 35 lb. oil pressure, but drops down to 2 to 0 after about 5 miles. even with 40wt oil. runs great tho! on my rebuild all i did was rings and valve assy. I checked some of the bearings they seemed ok. reading on this and other sites I see that oil pressure varies alot. i am all stock and use that oil filter can as it came with the truck.. it has that oil flow reduser off the input hose like it should . any idea why my pressure drops so far? worn bearings? I checked the oil pump filter it was ok. Oil does seem to get dirty fast, I change it ever 1500 or so.

I am currently working on a 1946 1/2 ton and was doing a mockup of the front fender and running boards. When I put it together there is a gap between the rear of the front fender and the running board. Am I missing a piece that goes on the bottom of the rear of the front fender? If so anybody know what it is called so I can try and find this piece. Sure would have been nice if it would have all been assembled when I got it. Hoping for your reply and maybe a source for the whatchamacallit.

Thank you in advance
