Yes. I have installed Hill Descent Control. My truck only came with 1 key so I've added 2 more keys. I changed my blinker blinks from 3 to 5 and 5 to 7. I'm in the process of installing remote start and VSS.
It really is pretty simple once I've spent a little time inside it.
Main thing I've learned is backup, backup and backup. So really nothing can get screwed up.
If you ever need any help, I'm no expert but I can setup most of the basic things.
