Absolutely no regrets in the way the EX rides or looks, its firm but not harsh at all. No need to go with a spring from another company when the entire setup can be accomplished with a set of X codes, like mine or even V codes for the front provided you get a complete B code for the rear, the helper spring on the very top of the B code is what you need as an addaleaf for the front, a couple of the plastic spring pads from the unused stock EX springs to help on the addaleaf and your all set
