Conversation Between Mishimoto and TinMan289

I have a question for you regarding warranty info. I just purchased a 6.0L radiator from an ebay vendor. The unit came in an undamaged Mishimoto box. The radiator itself was damaged inside, however. One of the upright supports is bent, a couple of the cooling tubes and their attached fins are also bent. I have not mounted the unit. Would I contact Mishimoto directly to get this resolved or the vendor? Trying to get this taken care of asap...my truck is seeping from the stock plastic tanks more every day.
