Good afternoon- I was browsing 5.4 excursion threads and found your posts. I was hoping to pick your brain. I do lawncare and am looking at an 04 Excursion 4x2 with a v8 / 93k miles. I would like a v10 but can get a great deal on the v8. I am sure the deal is because v8 are not as popular. I only haul a 5x8 trailer so I don't need a ton of power. With all the frequent stop /start of a lawncare route, I really have no need for diesel. I just wanted to ask about the tasks you may have put your 5.4 through and if it a viable option in the workforce?
