Hi, got your message! My 5.4 has held up pretty well. Repairs so far: alternator, idle pulley, studs and gasket on passenger side. That's it as far as the 5.4 is concerned. Other things replaced on the truck were ball joints, u-joints and one wheel bearing.

Hows your 5.4 holdin up with 200,000+ miles on it? Any major fixes or problems? I just wondered because I have an almost identical 05 with 125,000.
