Hey Man, no real advice on the cab-off. It is pretty simple to remove. Just make sure the ground wires and electrical plugs are disconnected. I did read where a guy warped his doors by lifting with the strap through the doors with the windows down. You will not want to lift with the straps around the fenders. It must be connected to the inner fendors.

I just reviewd your post " 2000 f150 4x4 Cab- cab off". I have a 2003 F150 with a blown head gasket and 247K on the engine I am planning on rebuilding. I have a lift to use and want to pull the cab as I hear it makes the job easier overall. Do you have any additional pictures, instructions, etc. that oy fell may help? If so, please let me know. Thanks...Morris
