You posted a thread about your brakes on 10/16/2012 and showed a pic of your bushing kit. I have a 1971 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special with the same brake set up as yours. The PO installed the metal jacketed bushing in backwards and the rubber popped out of the case and ruined the bushing. I purchased the same kit that you did and I was wondering about the sleeve and larger rubber bushing. I see in your pic that the metal sleeve is inserted into the rubber bushing. I was wondering did you assemble that sleeve and bushing that way or did it come that way? The reason I am asking is because my sleeve and rubber bushing was not together like that. I was thinking that the way it is in your pic is correct. I cant find a diagram that shows how it is supposed to go in. Here is a link to what you posted.
