I never fixed the bow. There was a way a guy did it by making the coil bucket on the radius arm level by welding a wedge under it to make the spring straight.

I found your write up (while searching the forums) about your front springs bowing on your build (early Ford), may I ask what the fix was? I just recently got a 78 Bronco and changed the radius arm bushings (4 degree) and I'm have the same issue. It has a 6in lift with radius arm drop brackets.
