Conversation Between Cowboy65 and floinc

I read a post where you mentioned a instrument cluster test, i would very like those instructions. I have a 2002 F250 SD 7.3 my cluster went out, so did the pw. pdl, radio all guages. I did a lot of checking all fuses are good, i sent the cluster out for repair it came back and when i installed it still no help. I did the Delay relay test jumped 30 and 87 and my windows worked. Any help is appreciated
