My iron has always been around 38-40, where do you get your oil sampling done and how do you do it, if you are doing it draining the oil from the pan ,numbers can verify if you take the sample too soon do too sediments on the bottom of the pan, its critical to get the sample about half way throw the drain when the oil is very warm not burning hot but close.

im thinking i may be needing rockers also in my 6.4, i have had high Iron levels since buying the truck, over 100, how high did your iron levels get?
