    Mine is on the driver's side on the floor after the seat bottom is flipped forward. You can see it in the picture I posted. What year is yours? It seems like they stopped with the seat back folding somewhere around 2000 or 2001.

    where is the strap to fold down the back seat in these things? I have the same truck as you, same back seat. the bottom folds down no problem, cannot get the back to work
