Hugh, I could send 56 headlight buckets and the parking light bases for $70.00 plus shipping. You would need to buy new parking light lenses and frames for them. I don't think any of the hood hinges I have are good. I suggest to place a wanted ad on the site here. Since so many have gone to the forward tilt hood, several should have good ones they would sell you.
