Its Ron again My truck is back together, but it only runs for 10 min. Is there a fuel shutoff that could make this happen ?

just moved to Detroit restoring 1984 f 250 looking for a good diesel mechanic. I need a banks turbo installed. Looking for someone with skills on idi trucks pre 94. Any help would be help full.
