Hi Keith,
Are you putting it on a built block or are you putting it on a stock block?
My first built block was an 8.4:1 compression. Witch allowed for a good amount of timing on pump gas.
when I had a new set of pistons put in du to a valve-spring breakage, I had them up the compression to 9to1 Because most guys were running a little higher compression
then years ago with a little less timing.
Also, is it going to be an inter-cooled blower kit?
I think the stock timing is 9to1.
