Filler neck filling slow and kicking off pump.
I have an 86 f150 that is doing the same thing
I got a filler neck off of an 87 like in your pics
I do have a question I tried to install the 87 neck but
Couldnt get the inside hose to fit where old
One went. I seen you say you had to make
A mod to the tank to make this work. Could
You please tell me what and how you did this
Please.? This truck is going to be by 15 year's
First truck and i would like this to be as easy
To fill as possible for him. I did take the
Existing 86 filler neck off and made sure every
Thing was ok with it since i didnt know
How to intall the 87 neck exactly. The truck
Did fill ok at one station then not at the next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
