I am an attorney representing the plaintiffs in a class action suit pending in federal court. The class is comprised of persons (about 45,000) who purchased new 2004 SuperDuty and Excursion trucks with the 6.0L PS diesel but actually got 2003.25 model engines.

If you are in that situation, or know of someone in that situation, please have them contact me, as I need some information and I may be able to assist them (at no cost) even if there have been no particular issues with your engine, Ford has done something for you about it already, or you no longer own the truck.
