Conversation Between Ford Fx4 and Magic332

Hey the FX I was reading the threads and I was told that yours was the best to look at for tow mirrors, I could use your help. I installed mine on my 2008 FX4 that had normal power but no turn or anything. From everything I have read or saw, it should be plug and play with no problems besides the heated part, but when I installed it only the mirror directions work nothing else, I looked at the pin diagram and it looks like I dont have a ground but that doesn't seem right, I was wondering if you have heard of this problem or if you have a wiring diagram I could look at.
