    1990 will require some doing, the problem starts with the engine to front harness connection. Your present one has 4 round 8 pin connectors, the 1996 (start for OBD-II) has a single 42 pin connection of which 33 or more are used. You could use the engine side harness and the front harness off a 1996 MAF truck (460 ones are very rare) and use the EEC, ignition module and engine connections from it. MAF needs to be 90mm for a 460. You will also have to add the OBD-II data port somewhere so you can read codes and flash the EEC if needed.
