yes Dean, I am sorry that I did not reply. I never saw your thread. I have determined that I am only in need of the dowel (and spring/nut) however the mechanism is currently soaking- it was frozen to the inside of the hood and did not articulate well. How can I get this from you? Shall I leave my email for you? Andy
