Hello.

The best advise I could give you is to go to the wrecking yard and get the door rubber conduits (and factory speaker wires if desired) that you need from a truck with the stereo radio option and measure the holes. There are flat spots on the doors and the cab for the holes that have to be drilled and sawed with a hole cutter. It's basicly in the area just below the top hinge, and above the dome lamp switches. You will have to remove the doors to drill the holes properly.
