I got my hoses and fittings from Nostalgic Air Parts, they were very nice to deal with. I didn't put a hi/lo pressure switch in. I figured it'd be okay with out it.

Where did you buy your new hoses for your AC. I'm going to keep mine factory just like yours. My York compressor work just fine. I wanted to make the conversion and thought I should go ahead and change at minimum the high side hoses. Did you add hi/lo pressure switch to yours? Any info would help steer me in the right direction. Thanks

It wasn't too hard to put back, you just have to find the right position and start putting it in. It doesn't want to go straight in, it takes a little twisting, and working, but it will go back in place. Try putting it in at different angles. You'll get it back in there! I did.

How did you get your ac/heater core outside box back in? I had to pry mine out. Now I don't have a clue how to get it back in.
