Something going worng with my truck and im looking for insite from you guy's like always.Well ill started on my way to work at 4:30 am. i stoped at a stop sign and one of my injecters started to knock real bad which seemed odd.so i pulled over and put some fuel treatment in it because i put some fuel in yesturday and i didnt put any in and i thought my fuel was gelling.I went about a nother 5 miles and the knock seemed like it went away. But when i started my truck to leave from work i had an injecter knocking again and the motors seems louder while driving.I got home poped the hood and it sounds like the #8 injecter but i coudlnt pin point it i also checked my blow bye and nothing out of the ordinary.shut the motor off and the oil is nice and full. But hear is the real kicker,it developed a new noise dering deceleration,i cant tell if its a mechanical noise or my up pipes getting worse it almost soundes like leaking air but i cant keep my head under the dash long enough with out wrecking.let me no what u guy's think and if i need to explain anything with more detail let me no.Also there is no ses light.
Next week, ill be ordering my up pipes from clay,so when i put them in ill check out the valve train to see if a rocker loosend up.Also ive been seing posts about bent push rods.what cause's that to happen and what are the symptems?
I couldn't help ya there, but is your truck throwing any codes? Do you have AE?
Pop that valve cover off, knock out the UVCH mod if you haven't already and torque everything down to spec as well as inspect for problems with your rockers/valves.
How bad did it start to knock? Sound like someone was hitting the block with a hammer as hard as they could, or just a noticeable knock? What were the outside temps and how full was the tank? If you're filter started to plug, #8 would start to complain first.

It knocked pretty good, loud enough to hear it over the rest of the motor.it was about 20F out side and i had a 1/2 a tank of fuel.tomoro im going to change the fuel filter and see if that helps.
