i searched and couldnt find what i was lookin for on here, i'm sure it has been asked but cant find anything..
i have been looking to gain a little height (about 2.5") in the rear, and add more strength as well, pulling a fifth wheel camper and dont want it to "sit"
so i am curious what add a leaf you went with? i read somewhere that the 7700 has wider rear springs than the regular f-150? is that true? if so i cant find anyone who sells add a leafs for the truck... if they are the same which brand did you go with and was it worth it?
thats what i read, cause it has the 10.25 rear end, so it should have the same springs as an f250? if so there are quite a few add a leaf options for the f250 so i could go with those... just want to make sure before i go and spend money!
well i went out and measured the width of the rear springs, they are 2.5" wide. looked it up and regular f150's are also 2.5" wide, so looks like im just gonna order those.
im thinking of going with the skyjacker add a leafs, since they claim to add 2.5" of height and another 600 lbs of weight
