New tailgate-no hardware; source?

I saw an ad somewhere for a new tailgate (1998 F150) without the hardware..and I want to say for under 200$..

I need it but I cannot remember where I saw the ad...the new 'gate was in black...has anyone seen an ad like this, OR does anyone know of a source?

It is a new part for a body shop. Maybe from a dealer parts or someplace like Partstrain.com
