dumb @$$ drunk drivers
well last night, went to pull out of the drive way to get the mail and put 4-ways on and pulled up and my girlfreind barly got her hand in before we were rear ended by a drunk driver.

Wow! looks like you were lucky not to get hurt.How fast was the "Drunk" going? Did he have insurance? My brother-in-law was killed by a drunk driver 18 years ago.so I have no sympathy for them.

man, if i could afford a year in the slammer i would have broke his face. the cops estimate him goin 60, no brake marks, never even slowed down! thx you guys, your all great

I hope you can make him pay. Problem today is even when you win in court against some drunk you cant forse him to pay you a dime. I got t-boned by a non insured driver who ran a stop sign and the lawyer told me that you cant do a thing but get a judgement and if the SOB has any children under 18 the court wont forse him to pay a dime cause it might affect the finacial security of his friggin children.

i see stuff like this all the time and for this reason i get so mad at friends when they drive drunk i wana punchem. ill take there keys and makem stay here or call a sober ride for them. i personaly wont drink and drive no way no how, ill buy a bottle of jack and some cokes then hang out in the shop till i stumble in the house,but never drive. its just plain stupid. get ya a good lawyer and sue the crap outa that drunk he needs a wake up call
