Payload?

I'm trying to find out how much payload is on (02 F-150 SCAB Short bed FX4 3.73 LS). Also an estamate of what people have actually put in a similar truck and how often and also how many miles are on the truck/running condition. I know the weight that folks have put in these trucks is substaintally more than manufacturer suggested. I just want to get an idea how much faster the truck deteriortates with more weight.

Subtract the curb weight from GVWR to get the payload.

I had 2,500lbs of crusher-dust in the rear of mine before, and the truck still had room for another 1,000 before it would hit the bumpstops.
