Stewart Warner Heater
I have a 1947 Ford 1/2 Ton Light Duty Pickup that I acquired unnassembled. It has a Stewart Warner Southwind cab heater mounted inside the cab on the center of the firewall. It appears to be fueled by gas or kerosene. The motor runs and it appears to be in good shaped but I want to know more about it and how it hooked to the fuel source and how it operates. It only has one wire running to it but it has a 3/8 inch fuel line leading to it and about a 1/16 inch brass line with small hex fittings at each end. Both lines attach to the engine compartment side of the heater. Can anyone help me out? My e-mail is mamiller_98(No Email Addresses In Posts!)
