simple answer, NO

Long answer:

The 3v Heads will bolt on and you might even get lucky with the cam timing but there would be not much benefit because the 3v heads are part of a complete redesign of the entire intake and exhaust systems... included is a different throttle body (electronic not mechanical), new filter housing and plumbing, two plane intake plenum with an electronically controlled flapper vane to change intake volume and speed of intake charge flow, new full flow cast exhaust headers, two small very early in the stream catylitic converters and 4 O2sensors... plus all the associated changes to the electronics (Three computers instead of one) and programing to make it all work as a system.

Just noticed your other post...

Welcome to the v10 forum and I see you already found the BSEG factor... cool!

Congrats on the new to you truck I hope you have many years of reliability and fun with her....

You sound like you did some lurking down here so you should already know what we think of the funky "T" two to one collector in front of the catalytic converter... get a good muffler house to fab a decent real "Y" pipe collector in. Early cats could clog but it was rare.... most of them you can see all the way through...check it out while th e"Y" pipe is being made

Pay close attention to the IAC and vacuum "elbows" on the lines up to the back of the throttle body (upper pass side on top of motor) IAC = Idle Air Control and it gets funky with age, it can be cleaned fairly easily but a new one is not very expensive. The cheesy elbows deteriorate with age and cause intake air leaks...most of the vacuum lines are hard drawn plastic and seem to last forever...but the funky soft rubber elbows and connectors can cause a lot of grief.

Best bang for the buck will be a gear swap from 3.73:1 down to 4.30:1

Again, welcome to a very eclectic club.....
