What are the signs?

Seems to be a alot of talk about plug blow-out again in the V10 and 5.4l V8 modulars. I have an 02 and made darn sure to put anti-seize on the threads and proper torque on the plugs, my question is what are the signs your heads are about to eject a plug if any? Is there a certain noise I should be looking out for?

I've also got an '02 w/5.4L and it has 99,000 miles. I've just changed the plugs and boots and have not seen any problems, although I know that a lot of people have. Good luck!
