Horn and cruise control

hey all, i have an 86 bronco ii with no horn and no cruise controol, i have taken apart the steering wheel and looked at the construction, and my manual only shows how to take it off and put it on, i would like to know where to start looking for th eproblem, the cc is not my real wory, its the horn, i havent had one since i bought it so, thanks again

In the tech info post I have info one the 1989 cruse control system, maybe that will help. Let me know if you need any help on the horn, have you checked for power at the horn?

On my 87 one fuse supplies power to the cigarette lighter (is it working) & the horn relay in the steering column & the horn relay supplies voltage to the CC switch on the steering wheel. Take a look at the fuse page in your owners manual & check the fuse for starters
