Needing to know if I need to cash in on my 30 day warranty or if this cylinder and piston head looks fine and I should continue on trying the find the root cause of P0303 Code. Sorry if photos are not that good the bore scope is cheap. But the head looks to have indents in it from something I would assume its from the Oil glob from photo one. If the walls looks fine I am willing to drop the oil pan and remove the head to service the cylinder with a new piston but if I have to bore the cylinder wall that is where I am going to cash in on my 30 day warranty. Also P0303 Code I have replaced the spark plug the coil the injector with all new ones.
How did that plug look upon removal? Try a compression test, these bottom ends are pretty robust.
My spare 5.4 PI heads have five leaking intake valves, just FYI after a quick test. Mileage probably around 200-225k, I plucked from the parts yard so I guessed there. So your results may skew on the test.
