Wheel speed sensor

The front left wheel speed sensor needs replacement on my 2007 f53 motor home and ithe sensor has been discontinued and I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one hopefully in Canada.
The part number from Ford is BRAB3 OR 1C3Z2C205AA JOBBER NUMBER ALS1844

Are the front left and right wheel speed sensors interchangeable the right is half the price?

Well . . . looks like they are available at Rockauto, but yeah they're expensive!

Amazon has one as well, even more expensive!

What's wrong with the current one?

My dog ate the harness and pulled it out of the sensor. I bought one from the Wrench Monkey online I need the left side but I bought one for the right side for $200 the left side was $500 go figure I think the only difference is the harness.
