Welcome to the forum! Have you noticed whether or not the fuel pump runs non-stop when the key is turned to the run position, versus running for about 1 second to prime the fuel system, then shutting off? If if does run continuous, there's a VERY good chance the issue is due to bad electrolytic capacitors in the PCM. I just had this issue in my 1995 Bronco. I opened up the PCM and replaced the three capacitors (which showed signs of slight leakage) and it now starts first try with very little cranking. If the fuel pump doesn't run continuously with the key in the Run position that doesn't necessarily rule out bad capacitors in the PCM, it's just the running fuel pump is often a quick indicator that the capacitors need attention.
The camshaft position sensor on Fords of that era should not cause a no-start, but the crankshaft position sensor can. Since you mention you replaced it, you may also want to make sure that you have the spacing correct. Have you confirmed that you're getting a reliable pulse from the sensor?
