2008 F350 4X4 6.4 - Trailer Brake Module Fault Help
Trailer Brake Module Fault Displayed
First, I've searched this pretty thoroughly. Everything seems pretty dang ambigous as many things can cause this code.
I've pulled and disconnected the brake controller - didn't go away.
I've disconnected the brake pressure switch - didn't go away.
Cleaned and checked trailer connectors
I don't see a code on a reader/eraser.
I'm a faily good mechanic, but this one got me, Any other thoughts greatly appreciated!
From what I understand, something somewhere a curcuit is closed that shouldn't causing the problem.
I've also heard once it's found and fixed the message will go away? or does it need flashed or?
Of course ready to hook up a 20K lb 5th/Toyhauler for a trip.
