Need help finding a pulley

As some of you know, I installed the JAG IFS in my 51 F1 and am still running the flathead. Here is my issue, I found an old Speedway alternator mount that attached to the head and have the PS pump installed. The problem is that the pump has a 3/8" pulley, where I need a 3/4" pulley. I've tried every option to find a pre-made pulley to fit, but it appears that it does not exist. The press fit hub on the originally pulley is a bolt on hub, so I am trying
to find a pulley that I can modify to fit the hub onto.I have an old fan hub that I could take apart and have a machine shop cut it apart and weld a solid center into it and the drill out for the hub. But I have to destroy a good fan hub assembly that someone may need.

Maybe you could buy one and have it modified ?
search for "pulley" many manufacturers out there, rather than at the truck parts store.
good luck, many machine shops could help.

I've actually contacted a few different manufacturers, so far none could help. As I mentioned in my original post my plan was to go the machine shop route, but I thought I would ask for other options here first.

Have you tried running the ⅜” belt with the current pulley? Mine works fine but the belt needs to be tight.

Are you running that on the fan pulley on the crank? It just seemed to me that running a 3/8 belt on a 3/4 pulley would not work. Of course I know a lot of people don't realize that the crank pulley has two different sizes (5/8 for water pumps/generator and 3/4 for fan) and run 5/8 belts on both.

I suppose that I could try that. BTW, I just checked and the Jag pump uses a 12.5mm wide belt, which actually translates to a 1/2". 1/2 x 50 ribbed v belt is a common size belt so that would un-complicate the issue.

I have the double wide belt hub pulley off of the crankshaft of my 239. It is slightly bent but if you are interested, give me an email addy and I can send you a pic. If it is the one that you are looking for, I would take $70.00 for it and you pay the shipping from zip 72927, ( Arkansas)

Thanks, but I was looking for a pulley for the PS Pump. I actually have a couple extra crank pulleys.
