Coolant leak on top of engine

2005, EGR delete. Coolant seems to be coming out of the plate in the valley behind the oil cooler. Dried the area with brake cleaner then pressurized the system to 14 psi. You can hear the leak as well as see it coming out and running toward the rear of the engine. It is not coming out of the blue hose, it is dry. What is this plate and what is under it? Want to know what I am digging into before I get there. Oil/Coolant temp diff over 15* so I will be replacing the oil cooler as well. Ford OEM the way to go without the big bucks. Any help? Thanks!!

That blue hose does not use hose clamps to seal, the oem hose uses internal o-rings on both ends to seal. You say its not leaking but take mirror to see underneath hose to make sure.
