Another Vented Non Vented Cap Question
Can I get the consensus that the cap on the left is vented (non evap/emiss) and the cap on the right is non vented (evap/emiss)?

Yes, I'd say that you're correct.

The cap on the left side has a shallow cam = without evap emission system

The cap on the right side has a deep cam = with evap emission system
