Rear wiper fluid leak

I have a rear wiper fluid leak inside the truck by the rear vent windows. How hard is it to take the roof liner out?

Do you have moonroof or not? It's basically to remove the trim on all the pillars, remove the coat hangers and lights, front roof console and sun shades, then carefully lower it and pull out out the lift gate. It's best if you're more than one person when carrying it. But, I don't think you need to remove the whole roof liner. The rear wiper hose (you didn't say year, but this applies to at least 05-06 and most likely very similar on other years), runs on the passenger side in the door sills, then I believe it runs up the C pillar and above the rear quarter window and to the nozzle. If it's leaking above the quarter window, you basically need to lower the roof liner enough to fix the hose, which most likely involves removing trim on B, C and D pillar on passenger side, plus coat hangers.

Fortunately you have to remove the rear side panels to access the rear vent window motors (from your other thread). So if you first remove those panels you should be able to drop the headliner enough to access and repair the rear washer fluid hose up there.

I took out my rear quarter trim panel today to inspect the aux AC, and I looked at the rear wiper hose while I was in there. Mine is a '05, and I was wrong about it going above the window. It runs under the windows, then up the D pillar and then out to the nozzle. You definitely do not have to drop the entire roof liner to fix it, just remove the D pillar trim (same you have to remove to check the vent window motor) and the top trim there the roof light is above the lift gate, and you should be able to access the hose.
