Another new guy looking at 1966 Ranger
Hi, I am another new guy. I have been trying to read all the old posts I can about the 1965 and 1966 Rangers. I am trying to buy a truck that I believe is a 1966 Ranger but I have a few questions. When I look at the Warranty Number tag it has this information:
WB: 129
Color: M
Model: F250
Body: 1V81 (Maybe LV81?)
Trans: G
Axle: 24
Max GVW: 7500
Net H.P.: 172
RPM: 4000
DSO: 72
It all looked good to me until I see 4 characters for Body. It does have red(ish) bucket seats in it and no console. Any help on this Body code. Thanks in advance
